Free Shipping on orders above ₹999

Flat ₹80-100 shipping fee on orders below ₹999

You can return a product within 7 days of delivery if:

The tags, packaging, and invoice are intact

The item is not a non-returnable item such as:

To initiate a return:

Include photos if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Our team will verify and arrange a pickup or guide you on how to return it manually

3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the item:

You’ll receive a confirmation email

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

4. Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to get a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order separately.
